Shanley-Sullivan PTO 2017-2018

The purpose of the organization is to aid the students and staff of Shanley-Sullivan Schools by providing support for their educational, religious and recreational needs and to promote open communication between the administration, teachers and parents.  Bylaws SSPTO

Dear Shanley and Sullivan Parents:

Welcome to another new school year!  The Shanley-Sullivan PTO is here to support your students and staff.  All parents and faculty are part of our membership and it is through your financial support and volunteering efforts that we are able to succeed in our mission.  Here are just a few of the activities that the SSPTO has supported through this mission: Student retreats, Art Show, Staff Appreciation, Homecoming week activities, Hospitality, Catholic Schools week activities, Post prom/Graduation, Library updates, 8th grade graduation, Adoration, and more

I invite all of you to become involved with these and other activities throughout the year.  Volunteering is a great way to meet other parents and faculty.  It’s also a great way to get a true sense of the school atmosphere your child experiences every day.  Please take time to complete the parent volunteer form and let us know how you would like to be involved.  Someone will call or email you with all the details as your volunteer experience approaches.

The SSPTO does not do any major fundraising; we rely solely on membership dues to meet our purpose.  Please take time to become a member by completing a membership form and send it, with your payment to the Shanley/Sullivan office as soon as possible (5600 25th St S, Fargo, ND 58104). You may also email the form to shanleysullivanpto@gmail.com and drop off your payment in the office. The dues will remain the same as last year; however, if you would like to contribute more to a specific cause, please consider giving more than the $30 fee.

Please join us for our meetings in September, January and April.  The meetings provide a great opportunity for communication between parents and faculty.  Watch the daily emails for the PTO meeting date and times.

We appreciate you and your willingness to help! Enjoy the rest of summer!
